Heather Doughton is an exceptional realtor to work with, from listening to your ideas about where you want to live and what aspects are most important to the large and small details of finding the right place for you and your family. She helps to navigate each step and provides her expertise and experience along the way of finding and buying your home. Heather is so organized and helps you to navigate each step of the process. With many moving parts coming to Florida from another state, Heather put every anxiety to rest and made this the most enjoyable and smooth process possible. She is AMAZING and the advocate you will want to have by your side.

Heather is just excellent! My wife and I found and purchased a lovely home within a week of working with Heather. Not only does she make the entire home buying process a low-stress experience, she goes above and beyond for her clients. We couldn't recommend Heather and the entire Bosshardt team enough!

We cannot imagine how our experience with Heather Doughton could have been any better. Moving can be stressful experience, especially when moving from out-of-state. Heather is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, reliable and efficient, while still being personable and friendly. We recommend Heather wholeheartedly, with no reservations.

Working with Heather in selling our property was an awesome experience. She is so knowledgeable in the real estate market, her communication skills are too notch, but what I most valued is her constant confidence and reassurance that it was going to be okay.
Selling our parents condo was a process. Things needed repair here and there and as sellers, we didn’t know where to start. Heather walked us through the process, and constantly reminded us that we were going to be okay. Throughout this process, she was always there to answer questions and calm our worries. Bosshardt has an excellent Realtor and I can’t thank Heather enough! Thank you Heather!
