This was the 1st time for me, selling a house. To complicate matters the house is in Florida and I live in Texas. I inherited it from my Father. It was a difficult time with my dad having recently passed. Heather and Autumn at Bosshardt Realty Services were absolutely fantastic. They literally took care of everything to include the clean out and mailing some pictures left behind and an exact scale replica of an 1780 British Field Cannon that my father hand crafted (irreplaceable family heirloom). All I had to do was get paperwork notarized and sent to the title company. Thats it, Heather and Autumn did everything else. To say they were a Godsend during a very difficult and emotional time for me is an understatement. If you ever need a realtor in the greater Gainesville FL area you need to go to Bosshardt Realty and ask for Heather and Autumn, they will work extremely hard and effectively on your behalf and will make the whole experience far easier than you could ever imagine.

Heather guided me on the best practices to list my property. Then she took the time to really talk with me about extra nuances that would bring the listing to a whole upper listing level. Bottom line? My home sold within four hours of listing!

Heather gave a ton of recommendations on ways to improve my home and it did wonders! She brought me a contract on my home in just 2 days of it going on the market. I myself am a realtor and did not have the time to list the house on my own. I’m extremely happy I used her and have to say, I couldn’t have done it better myself.

Heather went above and beyond to find us our dream home. We sold our place in S.Fl and were up against it time wise. We drove up 3 weeks in a row to look Friday and Saturday. We saw over 30 houses and Heather was one step ahead every time. We closed on the 17th and we couldn’t be happier!! We’ve used Bosshardt in the past and we highly recommend them, especially Heather if you’re looking for a home in Gainesville.
